Angle Portrait

To enhance the portrait I first used the curves option and adjusted it to medium contrast. Because there wasn't that much of a difference I continued to experiment with the curves to create more contrast in my photo. Then I used the soft light tool in the layers pallete and kept the opacity and 100% to make the colors pop. Lastly I added a blue border around the enhanced photo.
